  I have had a parcel redirected to the post office as nobody was home to collect it. The post office has not bothered to notify me if is at the post office or even leave a card to advise that a delivery was attempted. It was only that I was wondering where my order was that I found out. Shocking service

  Not that good customer service always specially with the guy(some times rude) there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Saturdays its horrible with those ladies too :D

  I have lived in Knoxfield for almost 20 years and the Knoxfield local PO/Newsagency and it is by far the worst PO I have ever been to. I avoid wherever possible. 99% of my experiences have been completely negative. I’m often ignored at the counter when the store is empty besides me, and the staff are chatting. The female staff are especially rude, and unhelpful, and speak to me as if they’re doing me a favour, and also make rude comments whenever I’ve asked a question, as if I should already know, and am inconveniencing them. I don’t know how they have been employed there for so long, but I truly hate having to go there and always avoid it whenever I can go elsewhere. Their customer service is just appalling.

  Worst post office in Melbourne. Do not hold parcels for aus post required time.
