  What can I say! Well, the team at Families First Funerals were great, they didn't try to take advantage during an emotional time, they listened to what we needed / wanted and they were extremely professional and always seemed to anticipate those additional details, such as providing bottled water at no extra charge, having tissues on hand, keeping aside memorial cards and asking us if we wanted to take some flowers home. Thanks again guys.

  I was happy with the service but I didn't like the final bill. There were hidden costs that made the funeral a lot more expensive.

  My experience was two years ago when my husband passed away. My family and I could not speak more highly of the compassion and support shown to us at the time. It was comforting to know that everything was so well organised for us and all of those stresses were taken away. I am so grateful.
