  My Nissan Pulsar was serviced by Daryl and his team yesterday and l feel like l am driving a new car! It's 13 years old and the steering has never felt better. Thanks to everyone at Fineline Knoxfield, including Sandy at reception. I appreciate the professional service l received.

  I put my 5yr old car for a general service. Got a call later to advise that nearly $2,500 work needs to be. I hadn't had any problems with the car and didn't feel there were any major issues. They finally convinved me that my brakes had to be done even though i hadn't felt there was any problem with them. When we picked up the car my partner asked to see the old parts as he wanted to establish that there had been a problem with them. Conveniently "they had just been taken away by the recycle truck". In any case $790 dollars lighter and i cant notice any difference with the car and some basic things that needed to be done such as a break light and new windscreen wipers weren't even done under the service. This was price gouging at its best and I wouldn't go back there if they paid me.

  Daryl and his team treat you with respect and have a never to hard professional approach. They always call me before commencing any extra work that is required on my car, which is fantastic as I don’t like surprises.
